Delivery Costs
Bodology offers FREE shipping on all orders over $50 placed on our website within the United States.
Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–5 business days. We use USPS First Class.

Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days. We use USPS Priority.
Note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders
For international shipping, we offer subsidized options to help offset additional fees. If you’d like to place an international order, email us at hello@bodology.co for help.
Refunds & 60-Day Happiness Guarantee
If our product doesn’t meet your expectations or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we’ll review your request. Email: hello@bodology.co.
We may offer, at our discretion, a refund, exchange, or another resolution.
Important limitations

First order limitation (1 unit only): Our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee applies only to the first order of 1 unit. If you purchase multiple units on your first order, only 1 unit will be eligible for a refund based on dissatisfaction.

Shipping is not refunded: Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for “free” shipping, we may deduct our outbound shipping cost from any refund.

Quality control return request (may be required): In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to Bodology for review as part of our quality control process. We do not cover return shipping.

We’ll respond with next steps, including whether a return is requested for quality control.
