Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Delivery Costs

Bodology offers FREE shipping on all orders over $50 placed on our website within the United States.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–5 business days. We use USPS First Class.
  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days. We use USPS Priority.

Note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

For international shipping, we offer subsidized options to help offset additional fees. If you'd like to place an international order, email us at support@bodology.co for help.


60-Day Happiness Guarantee (product satisfaction)

Our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee is a satisfaction guarantee for the product itself. It is not a shipping or delivery guarantee (see "Shipping Issues" below for delivery problems).

If you've received your order and the product doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll review your request. Email: support@bodology.co. We may offer, at our discretion, a refund, exchange, or another resolution.

Important limitations

  • One unit only — including bundles and multi-unit orders. The Happiness Guarantee covers the value of a single unit only, regardless of how many units are in your order or bundle. If you purchase a multi-unit bundle (for example, our 3-Month Bundle) and request a refund because you're not satisfied, the refund will be for the value of one unit only — not the full bundle. Remaining units are not eligible for a satisfaction refund.
  • First order only. The Happiness Guarantee applies only to your first order of the product. Repeat orders are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
  • One resolution per order. The Happiness Guarantee entitles you to one resolution per qualifying order. Once we provide a resolution you accept, that order's guarantee is considered fulfilled, and no further refund or replacement will be issued for the same order.
  • Shipping is not refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for "free" shipping, we may deduct our outbound shipping cost from any refund.
  • Quality control return request (may be required). In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to Bodology for review as part of our quality control process. We do not cover return shipping.

Shipping Issues (handled separately from the Happiness Guarantee)

Delivery problems are handled under this section, not the Happiness Guarantee.

  • Package did not arrive (lost in transit or not received). If your order does not arrive, we will help you resolve it and, once loss is confirmed or after a reasonable waiting period, we will send one replacement. Please note: accepting a replacement for a non-delivered order uses up your 60-Day Happiness Guarantee for that order. No additional refund will be issued for the same order after a replacement is sent.
  • Marked delivered but not received. When tracking confirms your order was delivered to the address on your order, we consider the order fulfilled, and responsibility for the package passes to you. Theft, misdelivery, or removal from a mailbox after a confirmed delivery is outside our control, and we do not issue refunds for packages that tracking confirms as delivered. As a one-time courtesy, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a single replacement, which we may ship with signature confirmation. If we do, accepting that replacement uses up your 60-Day Happiness Guarantee for that order. We may ask you to file a claim with USPS and/or a report with local authorities.
  • One replacement per order. Across all shipping-related claims, we provide at most one replacement per order. If a replacement is also reported as not received, further recovery is between you and the carrier, and we may decline additional replacements or refunds.
  • Damaged or defective on arrival. Any claim of damage or defect must include photos and is resolved at our discretion. 

    Please note: accepting a replacement for any order, and for any reason, uses up your 60-Day Happiness Guarantee for that order. No additional refund will be issued for the same order after a replacement is sent.

  • your order number,
  • the email used at checkout, and
  • a brief note on the issue (and photos if applicable).

We'll respond with next steps, including whether a return is requested for quality control.
