We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store and to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

8) SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our shipping, returns, and refund practices are set out in our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 (as described in the Refund Policy).
Standard and express shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary.
International orders may be available and may involve additional fees and local import charges.
60-Day Happiness Guarantee: requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@bodology.co.
First order limitation: the 60-Day Happiness Guarantee applies only to the first order of 1 unit. If multiple units are purchased on the first order, only 1 unit is eligible for refund for dissatisfaction.
Returns for quality control (may be requested): In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to Bodology for review as part of our quality control process. If a return is requested, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping is not refunded: Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for “free” shipping, we may deduct our outbound shipping cost from any refund.

9) OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk.

10) THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party links may direct you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and we do not warrant and will not have liability for any third-party materials, products, or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

23) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We may offer international shipping in certain circumstances. International orders may be subject to local charges, including customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges and for complying with their local laws and import requirements.
